December 3rd - Practice at the Fieldhouse (8:30 to 10:30 am)

December 20th - Practice will be held at Southview Community School (5:00 to 6:15pm)

February 28th - Practice will be held at the Fieldhouse (Fieldhouse is not closed - 5:00 to 6:00 pm)

Thanks to everyone that supported the U12 Crusader Boys fundrasier this year.  It was a huge success.  The winners of the three prizes were:

December 9th - 11th, 2011

Lethbridge Indoor Center

The boys played our first tournament of the year and did quite well.  They were very competative in each match.  Here are the results of each game:

Crusaders - 5 vs. Lethbridge Red - 7

Crusaders - 4 vs. Lethbridge White - 6

Crusaders - 3 vs. Calgary Foothills 2000 - 7

Crusaders - 0 vs. Calgary Chinook Spurs - 5

We are looking forward to our next tournament in Regina.

January 13th to 15th, 2012 - Competed in the Premier Division

Game 1 - Friday, January 13 - vs. REU Red Bulls - Result ( 0 - 0 tie)

Game 2 - Saturday, January 14 - vs. QC United White - Result ( 3 - 1 Loss)

Game 3 - Saturday, January 14 - vs. QC United Green - Result ( 2 - 0 Loss)

The boys competed and played very well in each match.  We were able to play at the highest level in Regina and were competative in each game.  Congratulations boys!  Job well done.

February 17th to 19th, 2012

The boys competed in Division II this past weekend.  The boys played very well and battled in every game.  They should be proud of their accomplishments.

Game 1 - Crusaders 9 vs. Saskatoon United Predators 1

Game 2 - Crusaders 8 vs. Prince Albert Celtics - Kriel 0

Game 3 - Crusaders 3 vs. Humboldt Hurricanes 6

The boys finished in second place of the round robin and went to the gold medal final against the Humboldt Hurricanes on Monday, February 20th. 

Gold Medal Final - Crusaders 2 vs. Humboldt Hurricanes 3.  The boys came home with a silver medal and dominated the second half, but couldn't find the equalizing goal.  The coaching staff is very proud of how the boys played all weekend.  The boys will continue to gear up for provincials in March in Grande Prairie, Alberta.  Thanks to all of the parents that traveled to Saskatoon this past weekend.  We appreciate your support!
