The Medicine Hat Soccer Association and its Community Savings Crusaders would like to welcome you to the 15th Annual Fathers Day Tournament. We are looking forward to having in excess of 50 teams from Alberta and Saskatchewan descend on Medicine Hat to enjoy excellent soccer, and fingers crossed, excellent weather! We are very pleased to be back in our concession building this year and to have two brand new fields at our disposal!

Competitions

The 2008 Fathers Day Tournament is sanctioned for the following age groups and tiers:

U12, U14, U16, U18
Tiers I, II, and III
Boys & Girls

Only the first eight (8) teams per Tier will be accepted. The MHSA reserves the right to combine Tiers in the event of insufficient registrations. This does not constitute sufficient reason to receive a full refund for the Tournament.

In the event of moving a team to an OLDER age category, said team will be contacted by the MHSA to confirm acceptance of this move. If a team chooses not to be moved to an older age category, they may withdraw from the Tournament with a FULL REFUND.

Payment Information

The registration fee of $375.00 is payable by cheque or money order to the Medicine Hat Soccer Association. Please submit payment to the following address:

Cheques will be cashed upon receipt. Registration fees will only be refunded after the deadline due to an Age Category not being filled.

Team Roster

This year, the MHSA will be pre-printing game sheets for each team with their roster as submitted. If you can open and save the Excel file below, please complete the Registration Form and email it to mhsa@telusplanet.net. If you cannot open the Excel file, please open and save the PDF file below. Then, fill out the Registration Form and either fax it to the MHSA office at 1-403-526-6590, or scan and email it to the email address above.
