Train with Purpose. Play with Passion.
The U13 Boys & Girls program is where players begin to refine their skills, grow as teammates, and deepen their love for the game. With a focus on long-term development and guided by Canada Soccer’s “Learn to Train” model, our program balances training, gameplay, and personal growth—on and off the field.
This is an exciting stage where players are challenged technically, physically, mentally, and socially, all in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Please note: NO refunds will be issued after two weeks into the season.
Just bring shin guards, socks (preferably black), indoor runners or soccer shoes (NO cleats), and a water bottle—you’re ready to go!
U13 players training session focuses on specific skills, game tactics, and player development—aligned with the Grassroots Stage 3: Learn to Train.

The U13 program follows a 1:1 ratio of training to gameplay, with structured practices and scheduled YSL matches:
