We have had a very smooth start to the season. We have some fantastic tech staff and this season we have been very lucky to have some U17 RASC girls volunteer their time to help out the program. During each session, players participate in a group warmup, then partake in 3 skill-building games, then play a game to finish. This seems to be working very well and athletes are very engaged.
Tim Hortons U7 Program Lead: Travis Hyde
During the month of January, the U7 program focused on physical literacy and skills development. The athletes were involved in a variety of different activities that focused on technical development regarding ball mastery. Coaches achieved this by utilizing resources that were created through Canada Soccer

Denny’s RASC Player of the Month:
Alexis Hanna. This is a representation of the improvement of the Defensive Unit who were instrumental in the First Place Victory at the Okotoks tournament earlier in the month. Alexis was asked to shoulder more of the load, log more minutes, and take on more of a vocal leadership role despite naturally being on the quiet side. She responded right out of the gate by winning The Hustle Championship Belt, awarded each game to the player showing exceptional work ethic & toughness. She continued her strong play through the entire tournament with her exceptional skill of reading & anticipating the play.
Samantha Clark U4. Samantha has been working very hard at every session this season. She is seen focusing very hard on taking small touches and always is running around with a smile on her face.
