Stay Fit. Play for Fun.

Program Details

U15/U17 players training session focuses on specific skills, game tactics, and player development—aligned with the Grassroots Stage 4: Soccer for Life.

Each session is built around the four pillars of player development:

  • Technical/Tactical: Skill execution and smart decision-making
  • Physical: Strength, speed, stamina, and injury prevention
  • Mental: Focus, confidence, and resilience
  • Social/Emotional: Leadership, teamwork, and communication

To keep training effective and engaging, sessions follow a structured format:

  • 10% General Movement
  • 10% Coordination
  • 40% Soccer Technique
  • 40% Small-Sided Games

Training activities progress each week, gradually increasing in difficulty to challenge players while building confidence. Skills are then put to the test through small-sided games, allowing players to apply what they’ve learned in realistic game scenarios.

Games & Scrimmages

The U15/U18 division follows a 1:1 ratio of training to gameplay, with structured practices and scheduled YSL matches:

  • Practice Session: 30-45 minutes of drills + 15-30 minutes inter-squad scrimmage
  • Match Day Session: Following Youth Soccer League (YSL) match schedule, players will participate in officiated matches - as per ASA & FIFA rules.
